Rental Apartment Application Form

We offer newly built terraced apartments for long-term rental.

The terraced apartments, which will be completed in December 2026, are located at Tiurajärventie 54a and 54b. The apartments are unfurnished. The rental agreement is a fixed-term agreement for a minimum of one year, after which it will continue as an open-ended agreement. Terminating the fixed-term agreement before its expiry will incur a penalty, as specified in the rental agreement. The security deposit is one month’s rent. The tenant is required to have home insurance, and their credit history will be checked. Smoking in the apartments and on the terraces is strictly prohibited; smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
