We offer new terraced houses for long-term rental.

The terraced houses, which will be completed in December 2026, are located in Kolar at the addresses Tiurajärventie 54a and 54b.

The apartments are unfurnished.
The rental agreement is a contract with a term of at least one year, after which the contract continues to be in effect until further notice.
Termination of a fixed-term contract becomes a sanction that is specified in the rental agreement.
The guarantee rent is 1 month rent.
The tenant is required to have home insurance and their credit history is checked.
Smoking in apartments and on terraces is strictly prohibited; smoking is allowed in designated areas.
The rent includes heating.
Water and consumption electricity are charged separately.
