K-Market Jounin Kauppa is Finland's largest K-Market and it is located next to Ylläs-tunturi. Our wide selection, from food to consumer goods, serves locals as well as a large number of vacationers. A satisfied customer and an exhilarating shopping experience are our passion and we are constantly developing the store. Jouni Kauppa is part of the complete Lapland and holiday experience.

We are now looking for department managers;

  • Head of department for the meat-fish-meat products-one and two departments
  • Head of department for the milk department

As a department manager, you are responsible for the profitability, seasons and productisation of your department. You are an important part of our work community and our store as a whole, you enjoy the pulse and the fast pace!

The position is permanent and full-time (37.5 h/wk), but there is also the possibility of a fixed-term contract until the end of the 2026 season.

We expect from the applicant:

  • Ability to work independently and effectively
  • Experience in the commercial sector and similar tasks
  • Enthusiasm to learn new things and develop
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across departmental boundaries

  • Salary according to agreement. The basic salary will be in line with the TES of the trade, but will be supplemented by a responsibility bonus based on experience, skills and scope of responsibilities.

Work starts according to agreement. The work is usually morning-oriented. We will help you find accommodation in the area if necessary.
